RECIPE PREPARATION Cherry cookies:

Mix the yolks with the sugar and lard until the composition becomes homogeneous.

Add lemon peel, salt powder, flour mixed with baking powder and knead a homogeneous and elastic dough.

With a hand greased with oil, form balls that we press a little in the middle and add a little cherry jam and put in the oven until it browns a little.


Pandispan with cherries

It has the consistency of a cake, despite the fact that it is very tender. The whole family will appreciate the recipe for Pandispan with cherries, especially if you serve it warm, with a globe of ice cream!

Preheat the oven to 180 & degC, without ventilation (static). Grease a 20cm round tray with butter and flour or a non-stick spray. We foam the soft butter, the caster sugar and the core of the vanilla pods until we have a foam in which the sugar granules are barely felt. Add eggs, mix. Then add flour, baking powder, salt. We mix. At the end we put the whipped milk and continue to mix until we have a homogeneous composition. We incorporate the cherries, which we previously mixed with the 50g flour.

Pour the composition into the pan and bake the cake for an hour or until it passes the toothpick test and is nicely browned.

After removing it from the oven, let it cool in the pan for a few minutes, then turn it over on a grill or wooden bottom and let it cool very well before powdering it with sugar or icing it. Good appetite!

Rub the butter with the sugar in the mixer. Add flour, almond powder, salt and finally the egg. It is shaped 20-22 cm in diameter and left to cool for 30 minutes - 50 minutes.
Attention! The countertop must be very well shaped and without holes, so that the filling does not leak.

Filling

Mix the milk, whipped cream and vanilla bean seeds. In a bowl, lightly beat the eggs with the yolks and pour them over the milk. One by one, stirring constantly with a fork, we put sugar, flour, and salt over the liquids.

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius.

Put the cherries in the tart (which was cold) or directly in a heat-resistant dish well greased with butter if we prefer the version without top and pour over them the liquid filling. Bake for about 40 minutes.


Cake with oats, apples and cherries

I can say that the cake with apples and cherries was a momentary improvisation when I made it for the first time and when I saw how good it is and especially, how fast and easy it is made, I said that I have to redo it. and put the recipe on the blog. I know you like such recipes and I hope you find this useful too.

It was basically a game, I put all the liquid ingredients in a blender, I blended them, then I added ochiometrically oatmeal and some flavors. I mixed, then I put some cherries that I had in the freezer. The result was super tasty, and if you like desserts not very sweet, you will definitely love it too.

As you will see in the list of ingredients:

  1. I didn't use sugar at all, but I relied on the sweetness of the fruit to sweeten the cake
  2. I didn't use flour at all, but my eternal favorites, oatmeal

What came out? An economical cake with oatmeal, apples and cherries, on every person's budget, perfect for athletes (a few pieces can be a good pre-workout) or even for people who do not consume sugar at all and still have a craving for something good.

INGREDIENTS
280-300 gr. Oatmeal
200 gr. frozen or fresh cherries
4 medium apples
2 small or 1 large banana (approx. 130 gr.)
2 eggs
150 gr. natural yogurt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon vanilla essence
a pinch of salt

* For the vegan version: give up eggs and yogurt, replace the same amount of yogurt or vegan milk + another large banana. Adjust the composition with oatmeal, as needed.

* Those who use sugar in their diet, you can add as much as you want according to your preferences, but I would advise you not to do it because it comes out quite sweet from the fruit.

PREPARATION
In a blender put in turn: yogurt, eggs, the 4 apples cleaned and cut into smaller pieces, bananas, vanilla essence and blend for a few seconds until a liquid paste.

Put the liquid result in a large bowl, then add oatmeal, cinnamon and a pinch of salt over it. Mix well, then leave the flakes to hydrate for 5-10 minutes, until it absorbs from the liquid.

IMPORTANT: If you do not have a blender, you can use a food processor. If you don't have a food processor, then grate the apples on the small grater, grind the bananas with a fork, and beat the eggs with a fork. Mix all the liquid ingredients in a bowl (including yogurt). If you choose this method, you may need fewer oatmeal, as this composition will not be as liquid as the one I made in the blender.

After 5-10 minutes in which the oatmeal was hydrated, add the cherries cut in half in the bowl and mix (keep a few for decoration on top).

Put the cake composition in a tray covered with baking sheet and put the tray in the preheated oven at 180 ° C, for 65-70 minutes (do not open the oven for at least 30 minutes!).

ATTENTION: My tray has the dimensions of 27 & # 21523 cm, so you will need a square tray at least as big because the “dough” of the cake is quite a lot, and if you use a smaller tray, it will bake harder. You can also use a round cake tray with a diameter of 24 or 26 cm.

After 65-70 minutes, take the tray out of the oven and let the cake cool completely before cutting. I also cut how hot it was, and the inside is soft while it's still hot. It is very good the day after it has cooled completely and stayed in the fridge for a few hours. Its texture has to be moist anyway, so don't worry if it looks slightly damp.

I kept eating 2 pieces in the morning before going to the gym and they gave me enough energy to complete my workouts. It can also be eaten as a dessert with a little freshly made berry sauce or with sugar-free jam, which you can put on top.


Biscuit with cherries

For a long time I wanted to make some fragile cookies glued with homemade jam. It's the taste of childhood for me. That's how I came to test this recipe, reading through my grandmother's green notebook, the one full of goodies, I tested, adapted and the cutest cookies came out.

Again, I turn to my trusted friend in the kitchen, the one who makes my life easier: the food processor, but you can use a hand mixer. Sift flour into a separate bowl. In the main bowl, mix the cold butter with the sugar, egg, baking soda and a pinch of salt until a fluffy cream is formed. We start to add flour in the rain until it is incorporated. Form a ball of the resulting dough, wrap it in cling film and leave it to cool for at least an hour.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and line a cookie tray with baking sheet. I use a silicone countertop on which I add flour in the rain before rolling the cookie sheet. Spread the dough with flour (given through flour) until it is about 5 mm thick. Cut with my favorite dough shape, in my case hearts. We gather the leftover dough, knead them and form another sheet until we finish the dough. We are careful to form an even number of biscuits so that we can stick them (we can cut with a smaller shape the middle of half the amount of biscuits to come out like the ones in the picture, this step is not necessarily necessary, they come out just as good ).

Bake the biscuits at 180 degrees for 19-12 minutes. Let them cool, preferably on a grill.

After they have cooled we can fill them with jam. We put cherry jam on a biscuit, but without reaching the edge and lightly press with another biscuit to stick it, We continue until we finish gluing all the biscuits. We can serve them with tea or coffee. They are fragrant and fragrant.


CHERRY COOKIES

We need:
3 eggs (from which you use only the yolks)
80 g of sugar
140 g butter (at room temperature)
200 g flour
grated peel of 1 lemon
2 sachets of vanilla sugar

How to make:
In a bowl put the soft butter together with the sugar.
Mix well until it becomes like a cream (no need to melt the sugar).
Note: for this recipe I used for the first time the mixer won in the contest on Ebucataria

Then add the yolks, one by one, mixing further.
After incorporating the yolks, add the vanilla sugar and grated lemon peel, mix
(I personally like orange peel more).
Then add the flour little by little, stirring constantly.

Because it was a bit soft, I needed to cool the dough for
about 30-40 minutes (I took it out on the window sill because it was cold).

Then take small equal pieces of dough, about the size of a walnut,
round them and place them in a tray lined with baking paper.
When we put them in the tray we flatten them a little.
We make a depression in the center of each ball (with your finger or with what you have at hand
& ndash I did with the tail of a potato cleaner).

Place the cherries in the holes created.

Place the tray in the oven at 170 degrees, at the highest level of the oven for about 20-25 min.
Here they were ready:

I removed the sugar from the cherries with a wet brush to better & ldquodea & rdquo,
then I melted some chocolate in a bag, cut it in a corner and decorated it.

Ingredient:

- 500 g cherries
-4 tablespoons sugar
-2 teaspoons of cinnamon
-a tablespoon of flour

Procedure:
In a bowl, put the peeled fruits, over it we will put the sugar, cinnamon and flour.

Stir gently (flour is put to absorb the juice that will leave the fruit).

Divide the dough into three. Sprinkle flour on the work table and put the first part of the dough. Spread it in a not too thin sheet, in a rectangle. In the middle we will put about 4 tablespoons of the fruit mixture.

We will cut the edges of the sheet into strips, as seen in the picture. Then we will turn the end of the sheet, from above, over the fruit filling.

Then we will take each strip of dough and spend it over the fruit, as in a braid.

We will do this with each piece of dough. We put them in the tray lightly greased with oil and floured. Then we put them in the preheated oven, about 25-30 minutes, until they brown nicely.

When they are ready, we powder them with powdered sugar and we can enjoy a delicious dessert!

For the cheese composition:

How come:

We grind the biscuits in the food processor, we pour the melted butter over them and we homogenize well,

until we get the well-known consistency of wet sand. We put the ring of a tray on a plate,

and inside it we press the composition of biscuits with a spoon. Refrigerate until the filling is ready.

Mix the cream cheese (at room temperature) with the salt, vanilla and powdered sugar until well blended,

then add the mascarpone cheese (also at room temperature) and mix until smooth

(be careful not to mix too much, so as not to chew mascarpone).

Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water for 5 minutes, squeeze them well and then dissolve them in 3-4 tablespoons of milk.

hot (be careful, do not boil gelatin, heat the milk, remove it from the heat, then add the gelatin).

Add the gelatin thus dissolved over the cream cheese, homogenize the composition well and pour it over the cookie sheet that was in the fridge.

Leave in the fridge again for at least 30 minutes to harden a little,

and in the meantime we do cherry jelly.

Put the frozen cherries on the fire with 5-6 tablespoons of sugar and let it boil for about 30 minutes, stirring from time to time.

Remove from the heat, remove 4-5 tablespoons of the sauce left by the cherries (if it is too much), then put the gelatin sheets

(soaked in cold water beforehand and squeezed well) and mix the jelly well.

Let it cool a bit then put it over the cream cheese and leave it in the fridge for at least 2 hours.

Then carefully remove the ring around the cheesecake,

we slice it and enjoy it with great appetite because it is delicious!

Attention, I used an 18 cm diameter shape! If you have a larger tray, increase the quantities proportionally.

This cake is part of the "simple and good" category. With minimal effort you get a delicious cake at least from my point of view the combination of chocolate with cherries is ideal.

To start, melt the butter with the sugar, cocoa and milk in a saucepan after it is homogenized and boiling, turn off the heat and leave them to cool. We keep 3/4 cup of this icing syrup. When the rest of the composition has cooled, add 4 yolks in a row, the flour previously mixed with the baking threshold and the beaten egg whites.
Place the composition in a pan greased with butter, sprinkle the cherries and put in the oven, over medium heat for 25-30 minutes, until it passes the toothpick test. While the cake is in the oven, prepare the syrup, that is, heat the remaining syrup (that 3/4 cup) with a chocolate. We pour this syrup hot over the cake fresh out of the oven. Let it cool and then cut it into cubes. You can garnish it with white chocolate or a little whipped cream. I left it simple, that it is perfect (by taste) and so on!

Chocolate and cherry cookies

Cookies are never missing from our house. Whether it's cookies, croissants or other cookies, something, something to nibble on is still there. The reasons would be several. Everyone in the house likes it, they are quite simple, they are delicious and last a longer time & # 8211 in case we don't get them ready in one day.
The ingredients are easy to buy and can be adapted depending on your preference or what you find around the house. Therefore, making cookies is very simple, all you need is good mood and a little patience.

ingredients
200 gr butter
200 gr sugar
2 eggs husband
320 gr flour
80 g of almond flour
40 gr cocoa
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt

1 jar of cherry jam
100 gr milk chocolate
20 gr butter

Preparation time: 2 hours Baking time: 15 min.

We mix the soft butter at room temperature with the sugar until creamy, about 10 minutes. Add eggs, one at a time, and the vanilla extract then continue mixing until smooth. We turn off the mixer.

We mix the flour with almond flour, cocoa, salt, baking powder and baking soda. Put the dry ingredients over the butter cream and incorporate with a spoon. The mixture will be slightly soft and sticky but will harden in the refrigerator. Wrap the dough in cling film and let it cool for 1-2 hours.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. We line the large baking tray with baking paper.
We take the dough out of the fridge and shape balls the size of a walnut. We flatten each ball between the palms and in the middle we make a depression. In the deep hole we put a teaspoon of cherry jam & # 8211 or any other favorite jam. Put the cookies in the baking tray, leaving a space of 2-3 cm between them.
Bake the cookies for 15-20 minutes until they change color slightly. We take them out on a grill to cool.

Meanwhile, melt the milk chocolate together with the butter in a bain marie. After the cookies have cooled, decorate them with the icing obtained. They are great, tender, fragrant and full of chocolate. Enjoy!
