1. Mix and sift flour, starch and baking soda. Separately, in another bowl, mix the eggs with the sugar, milk, oil and yogurt. Pour this mixture over the dry ingredients and mix quickly to combine; the composition must not be homogeneous.

2. Pour into muffin tins, more than half in each form then press in the middle of each half a truffle (if the truffles are larger or one if smaller). Sprinkle the chocolates and then bake for about 15 minutes on a suitable heat. Take them out of the molds, let them cool a bit for 10 minutes and then they can be consumed when the chocolate in the middle is hot.
