NEW YEAR CAKE RECIPE PREPARATION:

The whole composition is put in the shape of a cake greased and lined with flour. Bake for approx. 25-30 minutes. When it is completely cooled, take it out on a grill and we can take care of the cream.

Cream: Soak the gelatin in cold water. Melt the gelatin in the hot coffee then let it cool. Meanwhile, beat the cream with the sugar until it becomes hard. Mix the coffee with the gelatin with the whipped cream. Refrigerate for another hour to harden the cream. The worktop is cut in two parts. Sprinkle the bottom with a little brandy and grease it with jam. Then we put half of the cream. We add the other part of the countertop and everything is nicely dressed in the remaining cream.

Whip the whipping cream and beat the cake to your imagination.
