1. Prepare the dough: melt the butter and pour the warm milk. You can heat the butter with the milk in a saucepan on the fire or in the microwave. The temperature of the mixture must not exceed 36 ° C.

2. Beat the egg. Add it to the milk mixture. Stir.

3. Add salt and sugar. Stir.

4. Add the yeast and half a glass of flour. Stir and leave the dough at room temperature for 20 minutes so that the yeast dissolves.

5. Gradually add a little flour and mix each time. Get a non-sticky dough.

6. Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place.

7. Boil the potatoes. Make the puree.

8. Add the butter and milk. Stir.

9. Divide the raised dough into 2 parts. Give it the shape of a cylinder and cut the dough into medium-sized slices.

10. Knead each slice of dough a little and spread it on a counter.

11. Arrange a tablespoon of mashed potatoes in the middle of each countertop. Spread the puree layer a little. Arrange a sausage on it.

12. Cut the dough on each side of the countertop 3 times, as in the picture below.

Pork sausages-Preparation

7. Refrigerate the meat for at least 3 hours or overnight.

8. Grease a baking tin with oil and place the chicken pieces.

9. Place the chicken in the preheated oven at 190 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

10. Glaze. Put the ketchup in a bowl, add the liquid honey and paprika.

11. Remove the form after 40 minutes and grease the meat thoroughly with the resulting glaze (with a silicone brush).

12. Raise the temperature to 200 degrees and bake for another 10 minutes.

13. Remove the form from the oven, cover with cling film and leave for 7 minutes. Then you can serve the chicken at the table.
