After the countertop has cooled, we take it out of the towel and move it on a piece of food foil. Spread the cream over the counter and put it in the fridge for 15-20 minutes. After the cream has hardened slightly, put a row of grapes in the edge from which we are going to gather the dough. Sprinkle crushed walnut kernels over the cream. We roll the dough starting from the part where we put the grapes. When we reach the middle, we add another row of grapes and then we roll to the end. We wrap it in the food foil as well and as tightly as possible, we tighten the ends of the foil and put it in the fridge for 3-4 hours or even overnight. Any two types of cheese, one harder and one softer, are very good. Mix the two types of cheese and from the obtained mixture shape balls that you roll through different toppings. And here you can choose different ingredients. You can put sesame, poppy, paprika, dill, parsley, herbs, even hazelnuts, almonds or walnuts. Bran balls are served on toast, along with fresh vegetables (tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce, bell peppers,) or even fruit. I go very well with smoked salmon or bruschetta with tomatoes.

For the roll:
2 bunches of fresh parsley,
4 eggs

100 g cream,

80 g flour,

4 slices of ham or bacon


Method of preparation

3. Mix the yolks with 80 g of sugar, until they lighten in color and increase in volume, add the 3 tablespoons of oil and mix for another 2 minutes.
4. Mix the egg whites with a pinch of salt, then add 100 g of sugar and mix until the foam formed becomes pearly and the sugar is completely dissolved.
5. Incorporate the egg yolks into the beaten egg whites with a silicone spatula. We do this operation with as few movements as possible so as not to lose volume.
6. Incorporate sifted flour and lemon peel into the composition with the help of the silicone spatula / wooden spoon, also carefully through circular movements.

7. Divide the composition into 3 trays (17 cm in diameter) lined with baking paper. Cut the grapes in half and remove the seeds. Divide the quantity of grapes into 2, and put the berries in 2 of the 3 trays.
8. Bake the walnut kernel for 5 minutes at 200 degrees C, let it cool then put it in the third tray.
9. Put the trays in the oven for 30-40 minutes, on the middle shelf. We do the test by inserting a toothpick in the middle of the countertops, if it comes out clean = baked.
10. Remove from the oven and let the countertops cool on a grill.

Cream:
1. Mix the whipped cream until it reaches volume and consistency.
2. Mix the mascarpone separately with ricotta, sour cream and honey. Add whipped cream and mix.


Assembly:
1. Put a top with grapes on the plate, syrup wait 5-10 minutes, put 200 g of cream, the top with nuts that we will syrup, break 5 minutes, 200 g cream cheese, the last top with grapes + syrup and refrigerated for at least 2 hours.
2. Take out the cake, dress it in a thin start of cream. Put the rest of the cream in a bag with simple spirit and sprinkle a vertical row of cream. We take a teaspoon / spatula and spread each point of cream to the right, we put a row of points again and we stretch with the tail of the teaspoon to the right. We do this until we finish decorating. Put the cake in the fridge for 12-24 hours or at least for 3-4 hours if you don't have patience.

I left the spinach to thaw, then I drained it well in my fists.
I lit the fire in the oven and let it heat up.
I beat the egg whites hard with a spoonful of vinegar, a little salt and ground black pepper.

I spread cream cheese all over the surface of the countertop.

For the top, whisk the egg whites with a pinch of salt and sugar, gradually add the egg yolks, baking powder, flour and walnuts. The composition is poured into a round shape on a baking sheet. Bake on low heat for 30 minutes or until browned. Leave to cool.

For the syrup, boil the water with the sugar, remove from the heat, add the rum essence and leave to cool.

For the cream cheese, beat the liquid cream, but not too hard, then incorporate it into the mascarpone cream, add the sugar, coffee and ness and mix lightly with a spatula.

For the ganache cream, heat the liquid cream over low heat, taking care not to boil it. Remove from the heat, add the broken chocolate pieces and mix well to melt. Leave to cool, then mix as we usually do with the cream, until it becomes consistent. If you find it too sweet, you can add a tablespoon of walnuts.

Cut the cake into two sheets, fill it with half of the cream cheese, add the ganache cream, sprinkle another tablespoon with walnuts, grape seeds cut in half and peeled, then add the cake lid. Dress in the remaining cream cheese, garnish with whipped cream, grapes, sugar popcorn and colored sugar.

@ Anonymous-I think the cow's cheese is too soft and it will flow, especially as you mix it with sour cream. you have to drain it very well of whey, possibly 200g of cheese in addition to the 300g of cheese, that is 500g in total, as much as it should, would help it to bind, so that you can cut the slices nicely. or you can use a sachet of gelatin in the cheese composition and you get rid of the worry. -)
