Put the flour in a bowl, mix with salt and baking powder, then rub well with lard (or margarine). Add 100 g of sugar, whole eggs, lemon peel and vanilla sugar, then knead well adding milk as needed. In a tray greased and lined with baking paper, spread a sheet, put the apples on top. From the other dough we make baguettes that we place diagonally in one direction, then vice versa (to come in the form of a barbecue at the end)

Put in the preheated oven and leave at 180 degrees until golden brown. Leave to cool, then powder with powdered sugar. Cut as desired (rectangles, squares or diamonds)
