I got the recipe from my mother-in-law.

  • 3 tablespoons gray
  • 1 cup of water
  • 2 tablespoons fish caviar (I don't know what kind of fish)
  • 750 ml oil
  • mineral water
  • 1 onion
  • juice from a lemon
  • salt

Preparation time: less than 30 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Caviar salad with semolina:

I boiled a cup of water. When it started to boil, I put the semolina and chewed quickly so as not to make lumps, then I left it to cool.

In a deep bowl I put the caviar and the cooled semolina, chewing well with the mixer. Then I started to put oil in a thin thread, chewing continuously so as not to cut. From time to time I put lemon juice and mineral water if they hardened too much.

At the end, salt to taste and add lemon juice if needed.

Chop the onion as finely as possible and add it over the caviar.
