QUESTION PREPARATION Quiche with cheese and tomatoes:
From flour, butter, egg, salt and water, knead a homogeneous dough that is left to cool for 30 minutes. Peel and finely chop the onion, then cook in 2 tablespoons oil,
together with sliced bacon. After browning, turn off the heat and allow to cool.
Beat eggs with salt, pepper, add finely chopped parsley, sour creamand grated cheese.
Remove the dough from the refrigerator, spread a round sheet and place in a greased panwith oil and lined with flour, covering a little the walls of the tray.
Put the onion and bacon in the dough sheet, pour the egg mixture, thenput sliced tomatoes.
Bake for 25-30 minutes in the preheated oven.
